Have you ever had a day when everthing seemed pretty quite then suddenly all hell broke loose. Have you ever had a day that you wish you called out.. just because you were burnt out and couldn't stand to hear one more complaint from anybody ?

Well, I can honesty say I have had many days like that. I was wondering..WHY ? Then it dawned on me that each of those horrible days were for a purpose. It actually has made me stronger.It made me appreciate my work from home business. I will tell you if you are afaid to start a home based business ..don't be.

I enjoy every minute of being my own boss and accounting only to me. I have the freedom to do what I want when I want and not ask for permission when I can have a day off. The knowledge of knowing I can do anything I set my mind because I am a nurse and nurses can do anything.

So the next time you have said you had enough do yourself a favor be your own best friend and start on the road to financial freedom with you very own business.

What is your PASSION

Do you have a PASSION. What do you want in life. Do you want to work for the rest of your life?
Do you want to continue working as a nurse until you are 70??? Look at the economy. Yes we have a reccession proof job but remember it is a JOB. I personally don't. I am no relying on the stimulus package to help me. I plan on making my own stimulation package.

Don't get me wrong I love my patients they are wonderful but I needed to start doing something different. I still am helping others,in a different way.Each team member I mentor is like a patient who needs TLC. We work togetther by first asking questions and examining the person's situation.

Second,I diagnose ,almost like the nursing process what we need to cover with the team member about marketing,business coaching,branding you.

Third I give a prescription for the team member or my customers. Here you start to show them how to be a leader. As you work with you customers you can show them what your products and services.

There as you start your journey in being a leader with each team member or customer you help you will begin to see all the lives you touch.

New Year New You

We have already started the New Year . Many people have unfortunately lost their jobs, homes,nest eggs. This doesn't mean you need to be in a negative direction. Turn things around. Make it your Year.

So ,let's say you lost your job what do you do? First don't panic. Take a deep breath. Reflect on your ASSESTS. Think did you really like that J.O.B . anyway ? Now is the time for plan B.

First write down other things about yourself that you can do . What are you interest .What do you like to do ? Then update your resume? Let oter people know you lost your job. Losing a job is no reflection on you abilities. You are still the great person you always were.

You also can start a home based business. There are 70,000 HOME BASED BUSINESS started every week. Why not you.

Business Plan

What is a business Plan ? Do I really need a business plan.? Do you want to hear the correct answer probably not, but the correct answer is Yes. Have people made it out there without one yes but ,it was harder. A business plan helps keep you focused in what needs to be done.Every small business should consider what the benefits of writing a business plan could be for the growth of their business.

Let's take a look at what is a business plan. A business plan is a comprised of different plans layed out to determine what steps need to be taken to reach your goals. There is software available to make this easier by inputing the figures.

You can make it very elaborate or just simple it is up to you. It is like a careplan for a patient except the patient is your business.

In the beginning you will find yourself overwhelmed. That is to be expected. Take it easy. Starting a home based business will take time. You will make money if you take the time to do what is needed.

Remember, this is a business. Treat it as such. First you need to pick a name. Pick a name you will be proud of years to come. Remember it will stick with you. It needs to look professional. It will be on business cards,letter heads on everything.

Brand yourself. Make yourself unique. You need to set yourself apart for the rest. ask yourself ..
Make the product or service rare . Make it something everybody needs or wants.

Remember customer service. They are your business . Put yourself in their position. Ask the question.. Why should they buy from you and not you competion ?Make your customer service outstanding. Go the extra mile. Without customers you do not have a business.
